Try to start the process as soon as possible (many realtors book a home assessment as soon as they get a listing). The average turnaround time is 7-10 days. The staging date is not secured until the contract is signed and the invoice is paid. If you opt for my pay at close option, Titus will inform me of approval. Full payment is due 7 days PRIOR to installation date as there are many moving parts to staging a home. The process includes completing the home assessment/proposal, contract signing, invoicing, scheduling the staging date along with staff/vendors, planning the design, pulling inventory/sourcing, prepping/packing, and delivery/installation.

Once the contract is signed and the invoice is paid, there is a 7 day turnaround time depending on availability and scope. Installation is typically done in one day with photography scheduled the following day however, larger properties may require a 2 day installation.

My primary focus is vacant home staging however, for occupied properties, I offer consultation-based services as well as photo prep styling.

To proceed with securing a staging date I require the following items:

100% payment in full

Rental Period is for up to 30 days however, as a bonus, If the house does not sell within 30 days, rental agreement is automatically renewed for an additional 30 days for no additional charge. (That’s up to 60 days if you need it!)

Following expiration of the initial rental agreement stated above, furnishings will be rented on a monthly basis, billed at the start of the month plus sales tax.

Unfortunately, that is not as easy as it sounds. I can give a wide range based on information provided, however, to give an accurate proposal, I take several factors into consideration. Factors such as amount of furniture pieces needed and accessibility requires me to complete a home assessment to gauge the scope of work needed.
