Timelines vary depending on the scope of your project, product lead times, and contractor availability. On average, full-service design projects take 4–6 months from initial consultation to final installation. I’ll provide you with a projected timeline after onboarding so you know what to expect.

Absolutely. If you have pieces you love, I'm happy to incorporate them into your new design. During our measurements phase, I’ll assess and measure each piece to ensure it works seamlessly within the overall plan.

My design fee starts at $4,500 per area, with a recommended minimum purchasing budget of $30,000 per area for furnishings, shipping, freight charges, taxes and installation. This budget allows me to source high-quality, timeless pieces that align with your design vision and will serve you beautifully for years to come.

Yes. While I don’t provide construction services myself, I regularly collaborate with contractors, architects, and tradespeople that I can refer for small renovation projects to provide a full-service experience. I can help you select finishes, fixtures, and materials to ensure your completed space is cohesive and functional.

When it comes to my design services, the only involvement I require is that you’re present during the consultation so I fully understand what you want and that you’re there for the design presentation. In order to ensure the process goes smoothly, I will need you to approve the final design and/or ask for revisions. My team and I handle everything else.

For my Full-Service Interior Design, I manage every detail—from concept to final styling—so you can enjoy the transformation without the stress of overseeing the process. If you’d prefer a design plan you can implement on your own timeline, I recommend my Virtual Interior Design service. It provides mood boards, floorplans, renderings, and shoppable links—everything you need to bring the design to life yourself.

Consultation fee is paid upfront prior to scheduling. Once onboarded, There are typically 3 phases where payment is due.

Phase 1: Design fees are paid upfront to start the design process and are non-refundable.

Phase 2: Payment is due prior to placing orders based on the approved product list.

Phase 3: Final payment is due prior to installation day which covers the handyman, white glove delivery, and final accessory shopping.

If additional time is requested that is outside of the scope of the agreement, those hours are billed accordingly. I will not work outside of the scope of work without prior approval.
