Laurel Lock

Laurel Lock was a home with remarkable architectural character. From the custom millwork and dramatic entry to the poolside living room and statement fireplace, the home already had a strong identity. My role was to complement those details rather than compete with them.

I approached the staging with a restrained palette of soft neutrals, layered textures, and organic forms that allowed the architecture to remain the focal point. Every space was designed to feel refined, comfortable, and inviting while helping buyers imagine themselves living in the home.

The strategy proved successful. The home sold quickly, and the buyers were so drawn to the presentation that they asked to purchase several of the furnishings along with the property.

Projects like Laurel Lock continue to reinforce my belief that the best interiors don't distract from a home's architecture. They enhance it, creating spaces that feel timeless, welcoming, and memorable.
