Rutherglen

Rutherglen was the first home I styled professionally and became the project that launched my portfolio. After completion, the work was featured in Voyage Houston, introducing my studio to a wider audience and marking an important milestone in my business.

The home had been beautifully renovated, so my role was to furnish and style each space in a way that felt warm, approachable, and proportional to the architecture. Every room was designed to help buyers imagine themselves living in the home while allowing the renovation itself to remain the focal point.

Looking back, I can see the beginning of the design philosophy that still influences my work today: clean lines, layered neutrals, thoughtful restraint, and creating spaces that feel elevated without sacrificing comfort.
