The Fig House (Coming Soon)

Some homes tell you exactly how they want to be styled.

At The Fig House, that inspiration came from a mature fig tree growing just outside. Rather than introducing a disconnected color palette, I allowed the landscape to guide every decision. Soft neutrals became the foundation, layered with blush and cranberry tones inspired by the fruit, foliage, and changing light beyond the windows.

Throughout the home, I incorporated freshly cut branches, seasonal fruit along with fresh figs from the backyard, warm artisan bread, and natural herbs to create moments that felt collected rather than staged. Every detail was chosen to strengthen the connection between the interior and its surroundings, making the home feel lived in, welcoming, and authentic.

The result was a home where the boundaries between indoors and outdoors quietly disappeared, allowing the architecture, natural light, and surrounding landscape to tell the story.
