Westview

Westview was a 6,000-square-foot investor renovation where the challenge wasn't the size of the home, but the budget behind it. Every furnishing and styling decision had to work harder, requiring thoughtful planning to create a cohesive presentation without overextending resources.

Rather than filling every room, I focused on establishing balance, scale, and flow throughout the home so buyers could appreciate the renovation itself. The result was a clean, inviting presentation that complemented the architecture while making strategic use of a limited inventory.

As one of my earliest projects, Westview reinforced an approach that continues to shape my work today: great presentation isn't defined by the size of the budget, but by making intentional decisions that elevate the overall experience of a space.
